• Park greenery, trees, lawns, small architectural objects, and devices.
• Garages.
• Networks, facilities, and technical infrastructure devices.
• Permanent and temporary advertising devices.

Part of the area marked in the MPZT as 2A 2UC is developed with a historic production hall, with an area of 12,000 m2, remaining in a state of ruin (the structural frame and foundations remain, as well as a roof structure without roofing). Under the provisions of the conservator, this facility is protected due to its historical value. The adaptation of the hall is subject to consultation with the Provincial Conservator. (area of the plot on which the hall is located: 18,145 m2)

In the next part of the area marked 2A 1U, there is an exceptionally interesting building of the old boiler room, which is also in the conservatory.

There are no facilities in the third part of the area, marked 2A 1U. The area is accessible by road from both streets.
